Scarab’s very popular Original Card range contains thirty-three selected wildlife paintings by our resident Artist, which has been printed on the handmade elephant dung paper. A card measures approximately 210mm wide x 150mm high (uncut), with the wildlife picture printed on the frontside of the folded card. Information regarding the animal and of the paper production process is printed on the back, and the insides are left blank for writing messages.  Each card is packaged together with a manila brown envelope in a see-through polyprop jacket. The header of the card conveys the history and processing of the handmade paper. The card is also not only a gift card, but a unique frame-able work of art on handmade elephant dung paper, depicting South African wildlife.
